DAY 5 of "The 100" by Jorge Cruise:

I slept soundly & woke at 7ish,feeling rested. I love beginning the day without the alarm waking me :D
I was not hungry for the 4th morning this week so by 8 I grabbed a lemon water.Then 2 more before lunch.

Around 1 or so I was called upon to play taxi & knew I would be out far too long & pulled thru ***gasp*** McDonalds. The sugar calories came from the jr-sized bun & small fries but *all* the fast-food is what I want to avoid. MyawethinTICself consoles me by reminding me that I *have* cut back considerably from eating like this & that the *only* reason for doing so now was because hubby needed to get to work & I needed FIL's van. When he gets his new tags & my jeep is out of the shop,*ALL* of us will have transportation at our disposal. :D

Around 5 was my last "pick-up" (my hubby) & I,we,could get home.
FIL has decided he wants to go back to eating frozen dinners,etc. so I informed him on grocery day he can find them in the freezer by walking into the kitchen. He had a can of chili & hot dogs :< while we ate from Jorge Cruise meal plan(substituting a breakfast considered 0 sugar calories because of the lunch deviation)Hubby doesn't mind :D Every meal is pleasing to him. He says,"You are such a creative cook!","This tastes like restaurant food!","I love this!" & he *means* it :D

NOTES:
I have reviewed my food/exercise entries for the month & altho' there are a few blank for some reason,all the arrows are GREEN except 1...Yaaay
I feel good.I feel *slimmer* :D

Still no word from Jorge.

Despite that for these next 2 weeks I'm weighing daily,my official weigh in day is in 2 days (Sunday) I *am* exciiiiiiited!

That's exactly how i was feeling on the meat and eggs routine before I dropped a whole bunch of weight. I felt slimmer and then the scale started moving down ..... it was exciting. Good going .... I like that you are keeping very engaged on the choices you make and balancing them out to ensure you stay in 'The 100' approach.

McDonalds!!! I can resist McDonalds. (Nearest one is a 2 hour drive. It's the right distance. Tim Horton's - think krispykreem - is the same distance.)

It was right there,I was hungry,hubby was buying,I wouldnt get another time to eat until much later....I *should* have found something healthier & *I* didn't. It's done,over & past...*will* make a better choice next time...LOST more weight this morning :D

congrats on the weightloss. No judgment on the choices you have made ..... you are on a journey and the discoveries in the process is the real gift. You will learn what works best for your body and you will make the tweaks to your way of eating to get to your goal. I have no doubt!
