I did good on watching what I ate on Monday.....up until after I put my daughter to bed. I got hungry, so I ate a couple slices of brisket that my hubby made a few days ago. I did have some baby carrots with it though. Does that make it ok? LOL
I'll try to do better on Tuesday. I did love that spinach salad that I had for lunch. My hubby was surprised that I was actually measuring what I was serving.
