Mc Donalds is the bain of my breakfast. It has become an easy habit to go there instead of having breakfast at home. It is not convient and when i am running late i am going to be just as late or later if i stop there for the convience. But, i REALLY do miss biscuits and there is no way to make them healthy.
255.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it's something you really enjoy, then plan for it a couple times a week. Find the nutritional info and then plan out your lunch and dinner accordingly. Drink some extra water for sodium content of food and maybe get in some exercise on those days. You can still eat out and lose. Once and a while I will get their scrambled eggs and snack parfait. I do love their pancakes, but i will just have a couple bites of my kids pancakes.
