I'm trying to get into the habit of eating 3 meals and a few snacks a day. I was so used to eating 1 meal a day and eating bad snacks. Today I've done good (so far). I actually ate some cereal with milk and went according to the serving size. I was "just right" when I finished my breakfast and was proud of myself. I'm trying to decide on what to eat for lunch. I'm leaning towards a spinach salad (with fixings) and some tuna.
