I have never enjoyed cooking. Tonight when I got home from work I made 3 dinners! All 3 are recipes I found in the cookbook. I made the zucchini 'noodles' with pasta sauce, ground turkey, onion & peperoncini. It was so good! I will definitely be making that again.
I also made the Turkey Taco bake and put it in the freezer for later in the week. For tomorrow I have the Crockpot Blue Cheese & Craisin Meatloaf in the fridge and ready to pop into the crockpot before work tomorrow. I am also going to make the mashed cauliflower as a side tomorrow. I haven't been happy to cook in ages!
I am counting my 2 hours of cooking as my 'workout' tonight. I had planned to take the night off and workout again tomorrow. I will either do the Biggest Loser or Dance Central game on Kinect. I am feeling good about the way things are going!
