I was actually okay after my soup and bun but, at that point, my cannelloni was ready... so I feel very full and have eaten 38 points today, two over. All good. I think I'll splurge, spend one more point and make a cup of decaffeinated coffee.

Really, I think the accessories, not the meals, hurt me today. It's fine to be three over and not a big deal, but I lost those points on things like grape juice cocktail, cheese for my soup and sugar... not that exciting.
The Biggest Yawn?Interesting fact... I find The Biggest Loser, although a little inaccurate, really good and inspiring entertainment. BUT... only if I'm on plan! If I'm off, I could not care less about watching it and am annoyed that it lasts two hours.
However, I really hate watching Dr. Plasticface. I understand, he's making good points. But his face has less flesh than a Ken doll.
