Once again I have proven that I cannot seem to control my eating and exercise habits without this site. I got sloppy through the holiday's and gained 5 lbs, then I dropped it altogether and gained another 3 lbs. Trying not to wallow in self pity. Trying not to feel like a loser. Trying to find acceptance of my own short comings.

There will always be times where we gain a few pounds back, as long as you keep fighting and pushing towards that goal you are winning. Don't be too hard on yourself!

It happens to most of us, on the weekend I always go up 4 to 5 pounds sometimes more. I'm going like this for over six months,I know why,on the weekend,I get too happy with family more eating, drinking, and I'm not ready to give up yet,F.S.S. Last year I watched my diet for the seven days ,it works, being consisted, works.Slowly and steady, let's keep trying until gets there, it is very rewarding.
