Some attempt to tidy up diet and cut carbs. Picked up running properly.
However just out of hospital and 3 day starvation (not nice) with a clear detox with antibiotics.
Diet now low fat, some carbs, as need to build back up, natural and no alcholo.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
