What we have here is a complete and utter give in to emotional eating. Seriously, the calories speak for themselves. Yet due to the 45 minute Turbo Fire workout, the overall net was still a loss. A TINY loss, but a loss overall. The scales were kind this morning. Only a .8 gain after a gorging of all the wrong kinds of food found their way into my mouth. I simply was flipping out. I get my volunteer training today at the animal shelter, it's snowing and headed toward icy, which translates into I'm leaving work early today and will be working from home tomorrow. My hubby was supposed to go out of town this week to Atlanta. It's snowing/icy, so that won't happen. Our winter retreat to the mountains is Friday - Monday. So thankful it will be warmer on Friday!! And that we have changed the time to leave earlier -- and get to the house while still daylight, versus our original plan. We still need to pack and grocery shop. Fortunately, hubby got laundry done yesterday. I was planning on it, but he got off work earlier and had it done before I got home. What an amazing man. Today I am back on the plan. My will power has regained it's strength. Workout is done. Shake for lunch. Water - 64 fl oz. Nails repainted. Frig restocked with healthier selections. Sigh. Life is good.
