You should be proud of yourself! You don't have to double-up on your workouts. You're actually in a MAJOR calorie deficit if your log is everything for the day. One problem I did see, however, no vegetables. Your body will not be burning fat quickly enough without the right micronutrients in your diet.
Here is something you should read: http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/eat-the-right-vegetables-to-fight-belly-fat.html
"Oxidative stress is essentially the stress placed on your body from the free radicals produced during digestion and metabolism as well as the environmental toxins your body is exposed to, such as pollutants in the air, cigarette smoke, and so on. Poor dietary habits, such as diets high in simple sugars and trans fats and low in antioxidants, can increase the oxidative damage to your cells as well.
Increased oxidative stress can increase inflammation in the body. The good news is that antioxidants are warriors that fight off the free radicals that can attack and damage your body’s cells. Because vegetables contain incredibly high amounts of antioxidants, the more you eat, the more you increase your defense mechanisms against these attackers, cutting down on cell damage as well as inflammation. And when inflammation decreases, so does belly fat!"
As long as you are in a calorie deficit, you WILL lose weight. Eat plenty of protein, and keep your carbs very low. What did really hurt you was the pudding and cinnamon bar because they're loaded with added sugars. If you cut out added sugars and that hamburger bun (very high glycemic index which means it is more likely to create fat if you don't need the energy), you'd lose weight in a heartbeat.
Try to replace those foods I mentioned above with vegetables such as carrots, any leafy green, or sautéed vegetables.
