Staying the same happens sometimes. Go back and check your journal and see what you ate. Make sure you are eating all your daily points. Are you exercising? Change up the foods you eat if you are eating the same things. Try varying your points from day to day (use some flex). Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones. Try to stay away from too many processed foods and go for more lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Good luck!
