Frozen is the best word to describe me and the weather. I am so ready for Spring but I guess it is not ready for me. I have been having problems with snacking and when I do that, my protein intake goes down. So, I am planning to switch to more protein and protein snacks. My husband had a great idea: cut a protein bar into 8 or so small pieces and place in a baggie so it will feel like a munchy snack to eat slowly rather than a big bar to choke down. I will try that.

make a veggie dip using Dannon Greek 0% fat free plain yogurt. Add Hidden Valley Ranch or dill... plus a little skim milk if its too thick. Great way to get some protein in.
