I feel so over full most of the time!!! Struggling with conundrum of getting enough protein and not too much food. I am getting the protein and I actually have some hair starting to grow back and the falling out has stopped. I am thrilled. For the last 20 lbs I have done a minor yo-yo. I will lose 2 lbs., then bounce back up 1 1/2, then down a half, then up 1, stay the same, the down the 2, stay two or three days--then it starts over with a loss of 1 - 2 lbs....but it IS going down!! I am grateful.
