i am happy to announce that I am famished and plan on eating like a mobster today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Italian cuisine..pasta, bread..and the whole nine yards!!!!!...maybe EVEN DESSERT!!! No Not really but it sure felt Good to say that :P I am however... gonna give myself a break from being so hard on myself this day... as I'm becoming agitated...Nothing is worth feeling this way..so today I am gonna enjoy fooooooooood...still will be chicken and salad on the menu ...but I miss my bread and filler foods...don't like feeling GRUMPY...jus sayin...

Girl u can eat bread!! there is the Sara Lee 45 calorie per slice bread all I do is count Calories and eat What I want, I lost 2 POUNDS in 4 days just counting calories... i wish you the best of luck.

there is also Aunt Millies 35 calorie whole wheat and potato bread as well. I am also only counting and I have lost 51 lbs since october.
