So far I have done very well sticking to atkins. Even with other people in my house eating junk around me I haven't given into the junk monster. And to be honest I don't really crave that stuff now. All though I wish they could be more supportive and not have or eat that stuff around me. Like keep it to were I wont find it. It tests my will power.
