The scale was up today (0.6 pounds)! I'm not sure why as I did not stray from my plan at all yesterday! I hope it is water retention (Or muscle gained), but to keep myself honest I have to record the gain. I did not walk last night. I did do my 10 crunches to start my new challenge. I cleaned house last night, but not overly energetically.

Today it is COLD and yucky outside. I plan to stay inside as much as possible today. Dinner tonight will be chicken enchiladas. I love the Mission Carb Balance tortillas (1.8 points each) & Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn tortillas (1.2 points for 2). I will walk tonight and do my 10 crunches. No excuses!!!

If you know you are on plan, then you know it's just water weight. You can be down 2 pounds tomorrow. Fluctuations are normal (even though it sucks to see the scale go up and down). You are doing great.
