Have been doing excellent today as far as incorporating water. That's an amazing task for me as I do not care for water at all...Also did one hour and a half of dancing, aerobics, stretching and weight lifting as well..so feeling great today and in good spirits....eating healthier and demanding myself to be more dedicated to the cause of getting healthy and in shape by spring....hope u all are having a happy healthy day as well Peace n love , Dar
