Well today started off badly. i had no sleep because of a migraine, vomiting and diorrhea. So i've felt ill all day and have only been able to eat ginger biscuits - they help stop nausea. I went to the doctors this morning she has signed me off work for 3 days. On the plus side my depression is slowly getting better - i dont have to go back for another 3 weeks!! Another plus is that i have lost a pound - this is probably because ive been ill so im probably going to put it straight back on.
