I think I am finally starting to catch up on my sleep deficit. I am starting to feel better all around and able to stretch. Also reactivated the stretch clock on my computer this morning so it will remind me to stretch every hour. I had disabled it because I found it annoying to be interupted in the rush before Christmas. Now I realize that is part of the problem, I have to learn to take breaks for myself no matter how much work still needs doing.
