Had an absolutely horrible week again. My RA has flared up all over my body, PLUS I had the flu on top of it. Not enough sleep, I know, so this weekend I slept in both yesterday and today, and I plan on going to bed way earlier for the rest of the week. I have to beat this, I hate feeling so awful, and I can barely use my hands at all. Can't lift anything heavy like a jug of milk, cant open cans, can barely put on my own socks! Good grief! If ever there was motivation to stay fit as we age, this is it. I did manage to do my stretches this morning, so it is getting a little better, but my hands are still basically paws this morning yet. Oh well, onwards and upwards.
