Doing a little better today. Did my stretches again this morning and started yoga last night. I am only going to add one posture a week until I have the routine down, but I think it will help. Sure felt the stretch in my shoulders. I MUST stick with this because I dont want to be bothered by my RA the rest of my life. Anything to ease the symptoms is good, and losing weight helps.
