What a long week. I do believe everyone in my home has now had the stomach flu. I hope not to have to go through that again this year.
I stuck to my diet pretty well this week, I did have to break down and only have a sip of my hubbies soda but that was it I swear! I was pretty proud of myself that I was able to say No to another sip.
Yesterday was the first wrestling tournament of the season for my 10 year old son, he managed to walk away with a first place win in his weight division and it was also his birthday. So it was a very good day for the munchkin. For me I swear it felt like I ran a 10K running up the bleachers and back down to the mats to get him this and that. Add the stress on top of all the running by 9 p.m. I was begging to go to bed.
