Loads of carbs last night at church - and a cupcake! It was good! Had candy too. Stayed true to 1800 calories. Felt pretty good.

This morning I have come to a realization. I need to get up a minimum of 15 minutes earlier and NOT hit the snooze option. It's as simple as that. Guaranteed I would be more relaxed versus running around in a tornado fashion and out the door. It's a goal.

Hungry today. At Cheez-its from Liberty Tax folks. Seriously not what I needed. After I tasted them, I discovered I really wasn't overally interested in them after all, but ate them anyway. :\ (Ain't that some kind of logic?!?)

Getting ready to chug some water...and having a Shakeology for lunch. Maybe some tuna to maybe combat the carb/salt splurge.
