Ok so the weekend has not been too bad. I ran 14km on the treadmill yesterday and 5km today. Today has been sensible and have controlled the drink (I get bored and go out for someone to talk to) I had a lovely meal tonight with some good people which was better than trawling around the pubs talking to people who drink too much and haggis is excellent, try it. Its no good for the diet by the way but it is fantastic.
