Took 2 days off. No energy - no exercise or no exercies no eneryg. Either way got to get back on track. Do NOT want the darn ole scales going up at WW on Tuesday.

Down hill skiing was good. Blue sky, nice warm weather, no wind.
But did not enjoy as much as I should have. Just wanted to sit in the sun. Still got in 2 hours of actual ski time. Can not count the lift ride.

Got on the nordic this am. Everyday now for 5 days - i used up my free day.

Hey don't worry about the couple of days off. I think its really important to let your body recharge now and then. I try to plan the days off as much as I can. 30 minutes on the Nordic looks like you are back on track. Take it Easy
