Was tempted to have something more than sushi last night. So proud of myself for just drinking water instead! Yeah! It's a nightly battle...two nights done!

Had some yummy juice for breakfast this morning - called Morning Tang juice - do a search for it if you have a juicer. Reminds me of orange juice!

Totally on 4th week of Turbo Fire and can FEEL muscles are actually there. FINALLY!!!
