Not sure where I went off the rails. Not sure what happened that I need to lose over 50 lbs. Did not ever think that I would be in this position. If you don't take care of your body, it won't take care of you! I had a bit of a binge this afternoon and rewarded myself with alcohol which is not the best thing. It's ok to drink every once in a while. I really need to get back on track. Tomorrow is a new day and a clean slate. I will be strong. I will be strong. I WILL BE STRONG.
