I feel like I should be losing more weight than I actually am these days. That bothers me.

I have been following the program - been in it long enough to know what I am doing, but still I am not really feeling that I am getting anywhere.

I think I need to exercise more. I have been slacking a little on the swimming, and was not going to go today either - I have slept really band and I am dead tired. However, sitting here pondering upon it made me realize that I will be just as disappointed with my weight again tomorrow if I do not do something. So when I have finished writing this, I will go pack my swim clothes and get going. :)

Also, I know I will feel great about myself the rest of the day. I simply love myself all day after swimming. It makes me feel refreshed, strong, on track and I love it.

Life is good.

EDIT:
I got my act together and went swimming. I was so tired, I really couldn't comprehend that I needed to go... but I went, and now I am SO happy I did. I managed to do 50 minutes out of the planned hour, due to arriving a little late, but I did 50 minutes nonetheless - I swam a kilometer, which is what I consider the minimum I need to do. So this was not the fastest or most efficient swim day I have had, but it was a lot better than nothing. I feel great about myself, mentally and physically, and I know this will effect my weight loss in a positive way. This really made my day. Life is now even better! :)
