1152 kcal Fat: 16.90g | Prot: 39.59g | Carb: 226.01g.   Breakfast: apple, bobs red mill 7 grain cereal. Lunch: vegan cookie, Oriental Style Chicken Soup with Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Potatoes and Onions), Oven Baked Dinner Rolls - 100% Whole Wheat. Dinner: spagetti sauce, whole wheat spaghetti, carrots, broccoli. Snacks/Other: Caffe Latte with Soy (Tall), cranberries died. more...
