Cricket's Journal, 30 January 2014

I've been reluctant to record a weight entry until I went down in my numbers. Luckily, I did this morning. The good news is that I'm enjoying eating the salads and not missing the bread. I seem to be back to some of my former good habits when I lost the weight and kept it off previously. I hope to be able to fit in more exercise when the weather warms up a bit.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
