Yea! OK'd to workout as long as I don't go overboard. Pneumonia much improved but not entirely gone still on increased inhalers. Start back tomorrow. Stopped at a thrift shop on my way home. Bought 5 pair of workout pants- my old ones are about falling off of me. Spent $11.love thrift shops.
So stiff tonight with cold fronts headed our way. That is really spurring me on to get back to a gym as strength training seems to eliminate much of the pain and stiffness even though I haven't been at it very long. New pants are washed and dry going to bed late as I was waiting on the dryer.

Thanks Sheri, Definately better and my energy is coming back It's off to the new gym after work. So excited. Really felt like an old lady this am dragging my self out of bed-- hard to walk to let the dogs out. Felt great after a shower and 20 min on my gazelle. What a differenc a bit of exercise makes!!

Congrats on the great find at the thrift shop - but even a bigger one for the fact that your old pants are falling off you.

Love my favorite thrift shops. Thanks on the getting thinner comment. Need to get some pants for work as well. Mostly have to hold them up with a belt and don't have to unzip the zippers or unbutton them. Yea!
