Okay I'm finally starting to feel better. My voice sounds nasally but I'm much better off than I was on Monday. That was my worst day.
My weight is the same as yesterday. I'm working towards more protein. Switched out my cereal for eggs in the morning, well, egg WHITES, and some shredded cheddar cheese. I know it probably seems boring to eat the same thing every darn day for breakfast but for the next 59 days (til wedding), that is my plan.
I'll do omelets some days to mix up the presentation and add in some fresh veggies. Might add some turkey bacon as a special treat on the weekends. Greek yogurt for lunch (I'll switch up the flavors) and a fruit on the side. I found new flavors of Laughing Cheese wedges so I'm going to have them as a snack spread on either cucumber slices or celery.
I've lost about 5 lbs in the past month; so with that track record I'm hoping I can lose another 10 realistically by March 5th. That would put me in the 130's on my wedding day~ I'll take that!
Hoping I will feel better tonight to do some P90x. Want to try the Pylometrics (sp?) one. Heard it's a killer workout but worth it.
I'm going to South Dakota about a month from today. Mini weight goal is 144 for that trip. Going to visit my best friend and her family for a long weekend so we can finalize some wedding stuff together (ie get my veil, etc).
Decided not to do favors~ we are just going to make a donation to the ASPCA instead. One more thing crossed off the list! :)
First day of spring semester is next Monday. I'm taking Family Law, a writing requirement class, Corporate Taxation, and Administrative Law.
We decided to go to Aruba for our honeymoon. Salem is in charge of booking the trip.
Watched "Extreme Couponing" last night on TLC. Absolutely insane. No one needs that much stuff. It screamed gluttony. That is NOT what I do lol.
