First day over -- I'll probably be in bed soon even though it's only 8:00. The day was tiring and I feel good. Squash was so intense today. I tried to overestimate on calories where I wasn't sure, and my deficit was still at 1051. I'm having trouble believing that's possible. Anyway. I've decided to take it in small steps this time. I'm heading down to 150 pounds in four stages. I think I finally have the motivation to do this.
