I'm going to try to be more conscious of what I eat, make healthier choices, and eat smaller portions. In addition to getting in some cycling and hopefully some squash too. We shall see how this goes.

So I haven't really been paying too much attention to what I eat in the past six months or so. I feel like I'm in pretty good shape -- and I've been cycling a lot. I can tell that I've gained some muscle in my legs. But I really want to lose a bit of fat. So maybe I need to get back on my game.
