Got back to my weight training after nearly a month of no workouts. Did legs on Saturday and while I was disappointed I was not lifting at the level I was doing a month ago, I still did a pretty heavy workout. Of course my legs have been on Fire since. Very sore but I know it's always like this when I stop and start again. Need to get them back to where they had gotten and them move past that to my next goal. One day at a time. Chest day today. Hope the gym is not too crowded.
