I am completely and totally exhausted. I've been working out hard and working overtime as much as I can. I've also been sick. I haven't seen Mark in a while and I really miss him. My manager called off the overtime since we're all caught up at work now. Disappointing, cuz I really wanted to get that 11 hours in on Friday to make it 29 hours of overtime on my next check, but I guess I'll settle for the 16 I got. I spent some time grilling chicken tonight and also on Sunday night so I have/had no excuse to eat crappy food. I've been following my diet pretty much 100%. I DID have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich thing to satisfy my sweet craving(TOM's fault). But at least I didn't do anything like eat an entire package of Oreo's.
I've seen an amazing transformation of my body the past two weeks. I am loving it. I still have a ways to go, and I really think I might change my goal weight to 135 or 130lbs. But at least I'm focused and determined.
