I started the fat smash diet today. I was going to start Friday but decided to get an early start.
I have finished breakfast and so far feel pretty good.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 January 2009:
1083 kcal Fat: 7.58g | Prot: 37.97g | Carb: 216.83g.   Breakfast: water, Herbal Tea, oatmeal, Banana Milkshake. Lunch: cut green beans, water,  apple, cherry vanilla yogurt. Dinner: brown rice, Cut Green Beans (No Salt Added), crowder peas. Snacks/Other: herbal tea, water, peach yogurt,  apple. more...
