Today is the start of my phase 2.
I was just glad to be able to have coffee today. Looking forward to some meat also. I lost 4lbs during fast 1. I probably would have lost more if I could exercise. I can't start any exercise until next week. So I'm looking forward to even better results at the end of phase two.

Day 5 on Detox yahoo! I stay up late last night and found myself pretty hungry. I just went through it, I think it was because I went grocery shopping and their were things that I couldn't have that was calling my name. My son made some coffee yesterday and I wanted to scream just smelling it.

Today was the second day of phase 1 and I really felt hungry which was odd since I ate the same thing I ate yesterday. I drunk over 64ounces of water, just hoping I keep the momentum up. I miss coffee in the morning.

I started the fat smash diet today. I was going to start Friday but decided to get an early start.
I have finished breakfast and so far feel pretty good.
