Almost back to my "regular" weight range of 168-170. Whew. A bit scary to suddenly pack on 4 lbs like that. But at least I know I can take it off too.

And now, to see if I can go further with it. I know the reduction of alcohol HAS to be helping, calorie-wise if nothing else. I am eating way better now too, though.

My mantra: Fewer carbs, smaller portions, less alcohol. Let's do this!
