Just finished my run, I didnt die and my knee didnt bother me at all. Thank you all for your seemingly endless love and support, youll never know how grateful I am. Off to strength train now, Have a great night guys!

Thank you Steve! Its definitely too cold to run here. Lucky for me my gym has an indoor track that I use. :-)
