New Beginning Again..... but I'm back at it and that's a Good Thing!

This Week's Goal:

EAT ~ MOVE ~ WATER ~ FRESH AIR & SUNSHINE!
Because of the bronchitis I'm going to start slow. I want to get on the treadmill 3 times this week for 30 minutes. Starting over and gonna give myself time to recover before I get serious in the gym again.
