I was 143 after Christmas....dealing with a slowed metabolism due to thyroid....that coupled with holiday festivities was a recipe for disaster. I vowed to make small changes in the last week of the year, and get back to the tough stuff this week. First two days of 2011 are going well. Already down 4 lbs. Hoping to be back under 130 by March 1st.
