Okay. Well, today was a high calorie day to be sure. I knew it would be - I was aware that I overate. Still, it's good to SEE what all those snacks add up to. Sheesh!

I think it's VERY interesting to note that I would have been at only 1880 calories (within my 1700-2000 ideal) without snacking, despite what I knew to be a huge dinner.
