Over the holiday... i gave in to some less than best food choices... and was perfectly fine with it. I gained a little...but firmly recommitted myself to program the morning after. But I am now realizing I "opened the door" to an old foe. Eating for comfort... it has been a while since I was even aware of that "issue" because I havent been making those choices. Since giving in ... it was like... one was too many and 10 bites wasn't enough! Just goes to show ... I gots to be on my toes! I am on a mission... to find my sexy and bring the sucker back!

I too had my issues w/ peanut M&M's...what a slippery slope! Back on track and searching for my sexy too! Realizing that you opened the door, gives you the power to firmly close it too! You ARE on a mission and you are doing FANTASTIC!!! love.

Dude, gotta tell you, you don't have to look too far, I don't think the sexy ever left! Big guys are sexy too, its all in the attitude and personality. No matter what you weigh your personality is larger than life and very sweet and yes the sexy comes through. You learned something - that eating for comfort hasn't gone away, isn't cured, and is lurking there to trip you up. Worth the lesson. Now go forth and lose some more, you sexy Buddah you. Peanut M&M's used to be my favorite. My husband buys them for my skinny daughter all the time. Sometimes I even have to take them to her. I've been tempted many time to open the big bag and eat some of them. I agree with the other ladies. You are already sexy. But I do know what you want or think I do...you just want to get back on track and get to your goal weight!? right? huh? Happy New Year!
