I gained a ton of weight after getting over a brief illness in June. To add to this I'm also quitting smoking and trying to limit alcoholic beverages. I'm in great spirits about this transition and know that my goals will be attained. I'm looking forward to a healthier, wealthier and more fufilling exisitance.
