Went out for breakfast today it will be much easier to follow diet when our holidays are over all we seem to do is sit around and eat!!!

Ya I am glad we didn't do anything for New Year's. Made eating healthy so much easier!

I'm trying to atleast snack on healthy things but still feel like im constantly eating!

Make sure you are getting plenty of water and my biggest piece of advice for losing weight is make sure the last time you eat is at least a few hours before bed. That way your body has time to let your food have a good start on digesting.
