No more excuses. I am lazy and undisciplined. The goal this year is to be a better me. Better means a lot of things. I want to keep my house clean, the laundry done, and take better care of my kid. I want to eat better, lose weight, and GET healthier. I want to have more energy, a better attitude, and be happier. I want to be a better wife, lover, mother, & friend. I have a hard time with motivation, but last night I was told a hard, horrifying truth. The words spoken to me will fuel the fire of change! Time for a BETTER ME!
