If I had any doubt that gluten, sugar, egg, and dairy make me SO SICK, I just proved it to myself last night (again lol)...I was so hungry after I worked out that I went to Chik-Fil A and got a regular ol' sandwich...at home I couldn't stop eating--chocolate, gingerbread pita chips, gluten free cookies full of sugar, and a bowl of gouda pasta with bread crumbs some fool had left in the fridge. I thought I was going to DIE. It wasn't an intentional food tolerance test, but I sure learned my lesson. I can't eat that stuff! I am one of those people now! It has to be a forever thing. Happy New Year!! Thank you all for helping me and here's to a great year of health!

Thanks for posting on my journal, while I'd never wish a detour on anyone, knowing we're not alone as we try to learn from them, makes the ride much easier & more fun. We sound very similar as I too feel my best when I eat gluten, lactose & sugar free. So, hoping we can support each other on thus journey as we begin 2014!
