OK...lost a tiny bit of ground over the holiday, but it's ok, I am ready to go again! Adding exercise starting today...I bought JJ's Sleeveless and Sexy in 6 weeks book, read it this weekend, and I am going to do what she says!! For the burst training I am just going to go the gym and run...yes I still have a gym membership I just haven't been since September LOL! Then I am setting up my yoga room for the weight training...and I am actually going to do yoga in there, too!! Happy New Year everyone!
