I have been with family for the last few days. Not really in control of the menu or the cooking. I have tried to make good choices, but have not been able to accurately journal my food due to not knowing the ingredients or calorie count of much of the food. Today I am home and back in control of all the food.
Lunch will be a lean cuisine as I am working in the office. Supper will be grilled chicken with goat cheese and a sweet potato.
